Meet Our Team

I collaborate with an array of Biotech, Pharma and CROs companies on the East Coast of the US, sourcing them medical staff at all levels with extensive industry and research experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and Business Development.

I drew to recruitment with a BSc in Biotechnology and an MSc in Reproductive Biology, together with a few years of pre-clinical research experience, which has given me a solid knowledge of the industry and a deep understanding of the candidates' and clients' needs. Recruitment gives me the opportunity to speak to clinical professionals every day and remain up to date on exciting biotech research while taking advantage of my interpersonal skills.

I approach both clients and candidates with a friendly and honest attitude, with a dedication to providing clear and concise feedback to candidates and in-depth market intelligence to clients.

When I am not recruiting, I enjoy advancing my salsa dance skills (I am a trained dance instructor) or skiing in the Alps with my family.
