I began my career in 2001, working as a placement student at Quintiles (IQVIA). After completing my MSc in Statistics with Applications in Medicine from Southampton, I continued working with Quintiles as a Biostatistician and grew to an Associate Director over a career spanning 15 years.
During that time, I gained extensive experience in the global line management of both direct and matrix teams, project management, recruitment and the resourcing of projects and departments. Working with many Pharma and Biotech companies and across phases I-IV, I have worked across all aspects of clinical development from early phase studies through pivotal trials to late phase studies.
I liaised with a number of recruitment companies; reviewing CV’s, interviewing candidates and identifying the right candidates to fulfil the role requirements—developing an in-depth knowledge of the industry and building strong customer relationships.
As one of Warman O’Brien’s leaders, I want to inspire people to be successful at work and at home! I think that time spent with family and friends is hugely important for mental health and wellbeing. If you are happy outside of work, when you are at work you are more focussed and productive.
