I'm a recruiter with over 14 years' experience in the Life Sciences industry. I've worked with some of the world's leading CROs, Pharmaceutical companies, and Medical Device manufacturers to help them grow their Clinical Research teams, as well as deliver recruitment strategies across the UK, Europe and the US.

I love what I do because it lets me combine two things that are very important to me: science and people. I believe that if you don't have a passion for what you do, then you're not going to be able to deliver on the best possible results for your clients. And if you don't love working with people, then how can you fuel your passion for science?

I'm also a big believer in honesty and integrity—to me, it's all about doing what you say you'll do and consistently providing a high level of service. I think these are things that clients should expect from every person they work with—not just recruiters!

As one of Warman O’Brien’s leaders, I want to inspire people to better themselves, I believe it is my role to help people get the best out of their work lives whilst enjoying what they do. When people ask me how we are doing as a company, my first answer is always that people are smiling.

Outside of work, I am an avid gym goer and dog walker. I come fully equipped with a golden retriever who pretty much runs my life. She is also an office dog and you can regularly find herself diligently performing her duties as one-half of our Chief Happiness Officer pair.
