With over 8 years of specialized recruitment experience in technical industries, I specialise in partnering with clients across the globe and helping them meet their hiring goals. My teams core focus is within Biometrics, Clinical Operations and Medical. I enjoy helping my candidates find truly pioneering companies where they can use their experience within the Life Science sector to drive forward clinical trials and drug discovery. I provide recruitment services to clients and candidates on requirements predominantly in North America and have also supported clients in South America, Asia, The Middle East and Africa.

I am now partnering with niche Biopharma, CRO’s and Global Pharma alike as well as helping specialised Data Science consultancies find top-tier talent.

As a member of the Institute of Recruitment Practice and a CertRP qualified consultant, I am always keen to develop a deeper understanding of my client’s needs, which allows me to provide a tailored and specific search benefiting both the client and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Outside of work I can be found on the golf course or occasionally skiing in the Alpes, I have completed the London Marathon and enjoy travelling and exploring new countries/cultures.
