With over 10 years of recruitment experience across several technical industries I can assist clients in full-team buildouts and executive recruitment. My core focus is key hires within C-Suite, Technical Operations & Quality Assurance. I partner with organisations from biotech start-ups to large-scale global pharmaceutical companies primarily across the UK & Europe.

I pride myself on the working relationships I build with my clients, which enables me to truly understand their needs and find top-tier talent on the market. With a passionate approach to my work, I am always on hand to help my candidates find their ideal roles and provide constructive feedback to ensure they have what they need for their short- and long-term career goals to be achieved.

As a Team EU leader, I want to inspire my team to reach a level that they didn’t realise they could and for them to continue evolving and developing to see how far they can take it. We have a fantastic team of consultants all as passionate as myself and who can provide a level of service which is second to none.

The real motivation for me is seeing people in the team do well and helping them navigate their way around various challenges.
