Meet Our Team

Hi, I’m Tom. I specialise in finding those hard-to-reach candidates within Contract Life Sciences that many others can't. My core focus is within all sorts of Contract Life Sciences, covering various contract roles across the UK and Europe. I have experience in placing candidates into both Contract Research Organisations and Pharmaceutical companies.

My background in coaching enabled me to build up excellent communication skills, whilst offering guidance and putting people at ease. I enjoy building rapport with candidates and fostering lasting relationships.

I love to be surrounded by industry leaders and professionals, so I'm regularly exhibiting and presenting at PHUSE conferences. These events give me the opportunity to connect with people from all different parts of the world and learn about new research and developments in our field.

When I am not working, I like to play Squash, Cricket, spend time with family and friends and play board/table top games. After that, if I have time, I like to paint.
