Senior Research Associate - Protein Sciences

Key Responsibilities. • High throughput small scale batch purifications, and large scale, FPLC-based protein • purification using affinity, ion exchange, and size exclusion chromatography • Protein characterization including conformational, stability, as well as other biophysical • attributes using HPLC and other methodologies • Support protein engineering work with small scale purification and characterization of • novel scaffolds. • Independently execute experiments, analyze results, and present data at team meetings • Maintain a meticulous record of the work and sample tracking • Present regular research updates to project team meetings • Will work collaboratively with supervisor and other cross functional team members
