An exceptional opportunity for a Board-Certified Endocrinologist to lead strategy and innovation in a globally focused, fast-growing Endocrinology clinical development portfolio.

We’re seeking a senior physician with deep experience in clinical research and trial design to join a leading Center of Excellence dedicated to transforming Endocrinology drug development. This is a high-profile, strategic role where scientific insight meets commercial vision.

As Medical Strategy Lead, you’ll shape patient-centered, data-driven clinical strategies, guide sponsors through early-stage development, and provide senior clinical expertise across trial design, regulatory planning, and feasibility. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help win new business, drive study innovation, and lead scientific engagements that elevate both sponsor programs and organizational thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative delivery strategies for Endocrinology clinical trials
• Provide scientific and operational insight for protocol design and feasibility
• Support business development through early client engagement and bid defense
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated clinical solutions
• Represent the organization in scientific presentations, publications, and meetings

What You Bring:

• Board certification in Endocrinology
• 2+ years of relevant experience in clinical research or drug development
• Strong knowledge of Endocrinology science, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; confident in high-level strategic discussions
• A passion for innovation and a track record of cross-functional collaboration
