For every referral we place in a permanent role you will receive £900 / €1000 / $1000.

For every referral we place in a contract/temporary role you will receive £0.50p per hour worked.

All referrals must be made to Warman O’Brien and verified by filling in the form below or emailing at info@warmanobrien.com.

Terms & Conditions:

• A recommended friend(s) placed in a permanent role will only qualify if the successful candidate is placed for a minimum of 6 months.
• A recommended friend(s) place in a contract/temporary role referral amount will be for £0.50p per hour worked (up to a maximum of 1,800 hours over the 12-month period) and paid in two instalments. The first referral amount will be paid at 6 months and the final amount will be paid at 12 months.
• This referral scheme is only open to individuals (or an individual that trades under a Ltd entity) but not to companies of multiple employees/directors.
• To qualify for a reward, a recommended friend(s) must be referred and placed within a six-month period of initially registering with Warman O’Brien.
• Candidates who are already on our database prior to the date of referral do not qualify unless they have not been contacted by a Warman O’Brien employee for a period of longer than 6 months prior to the referral date.
